Physician

Post-fellowship, or post-residency and not enrolled in a fellowship program at the time of CTO Plus 2025 — excluding employees of companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, venture capital, management consulting, or financial industries

Allied Health Professional

Nurses, technologists, physician assistants, researchers, pharmacists, hospital administrators, biostatisticians, and other non-physicians professionally engaged in interventional cardiovascular medicine — excluding employees of companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, venture capital, management consulting, or financial industries

Fellow

Enrolled in a fellowship training program at the time of CTO Plus 2025.

Medical Student

Enrolled in a medical school program at the time of CTO Plus 2025, studying to become a physician or other clinical medical professional.

Industry Professional

Employees of companies in the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, venture capital, management consulting, financial, or other industries — including such employees who are MD, DO, PhD, RN, PA, PharmD, or any other type of health care professional whose primary professional activity is as an employee of such a company.

Industry Professional: Startup

Industry professional, as defined above, who is employed by a startup company and has been approved for the startup discount.

U.S. Government Employee

Any employee of the federal government. You will be required to present your federal government ID to pick up your badge.

Registration for and access to CTO Plus 2025 is subject to the CRF^® Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions.

Prohibition on Badge Swapping, Sharing, or Lending

Swapping, sharing, or lending an event badge to any other person is strictly prohibited. The full policy is available in our Terms and Conditions.

Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be received in writing. Send your cancellation email to [email protected].

• Full Refund: If we receive your cancellation in writing before Tuesday, January 14, 2025 (by 11:59 PM EST, UTC −5), you will receive a full refund minus a US$100 administrative fee.
• Partial Refund: If we receive your cancellation in writing between Wednesday, January 15, 2025 (12:00 AM EST, UTC −5) and Wednesday, February 12, 2025 (by 11:59 PM EST, UTC −5), you will be refunded 50% of the registration fee.
• No Refund: No refunds will be processed after Thursday, February 13, 2025 (12:00 AM EST, UTC −5).

In case of cancellation of attendance (by you or by CRF^®), please be sure to cancel any associated travel arrangements (e.g., lodging/housing, airfare, or other travel arrangements, etc.). As more fully set forth in our Terms and Conditions, CRF^® is neither liable nor responsible for any such associated travel costs.

Fellows and Medical Students

• Free Registration: Registration for Fellows and Medical Students is free.
• Credit Card Hold: A credit card is required during the registration process. A preauthorization hold of US$100 will be placed on your credit card.
• Nonrefundable Fee: You will be charged a nonrefundable fee of US$100 in the following cases: a) if you cancel your registration after February 13, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST, UTC −5), or b) if you fail to attend CTO Plus 2025.
• Cancellation: If you are a fellow or medical student and need to cancel your registration, kindly do so by February 13, 2025 at 11:59 PM EST, UTC −5) to avoid the nonrefundable fee.

One-Day Access Policy

By purchasing a One-Day Access badge, you understand, acknowledge, and agree to abide by the following, in addition to the CRF^® Terms and Conditions:

• Badge Pickup: You will be able to pick up your badge only on the day you’ve chosen to attend and must return it to the designated registration counter at CTO Plus 2025 by the close of registration on the day of your attendance.
• Badge Return: If you do not return your One-Day badge prior to the close of registration on your day of attendance, the credit card on file for your registration will be automatically charged the CTO Plus 2025 Full Access registration fee for the designated registration category.
• Downgrades: Refunds will not be issued for changing from Full Access to One-Day Access.
• Single Purchase: Multiple One-Day-Only passes cannot be purchased. If you wish to attend more than one day of CTO Plus 2025, you must register for Full Access. You may change from One-Day to Full Access by contacting [email protected]. The prevailing Full Access registration rate will apply.

Substitutions

Registrations cannot be transferred from one person to another, and substitutions are prohibited.

Incorrect/Duplicate Registrations

CRF^® cannot be held responsible for incorrect and/or duplicate registrations. In such cases, the cancellation policy applies.

Badge Changes and/or Reprints

The fee for on-site badge changes or reprints is US$75 per change/reprint.
