CRF® has set aside a block of rooms at the New York Marriott Marquis, the meeting venue, at a discounted rate. You must be registered for CTO Plus 2025 to reserve a room in the CTO Plus room block. If you have not already done so, register now.

Deadline
Book your room by February 6, 2025, 11:59 PM Eastern Standard Time (UTC −5). After that date/time, rooms at the CTO Plus 2025 rate will be subject to availability.
Cancellation
If you need to cancel your reservation at the New York Marriott Marquis you must adhere to the hotel’s cancellation policy of at least 72 hours before the date of scheduled arrival, or your credit card will be charged for a one-night stay plus applicable taxes and fees.

Food and Beverage
The New York Marriott Marquis offers a variety of dining options, and the immediate neighborhood has endless restaurants and eateries.
Academic Satellite breakfast and lunch programs include meals for attendees during designated check-in times in each program room.
Coat and Bag Check
We recommend leaving your luggage with the hotel bell desk. For security reasons, please do not leave your items unattended.

Ground Transportation From Airports to New York Mariott Marquis
- Taxi: Grab a yellow NYC taxi at the taxi stand outside LGA (metered fare to Manhattan) or JFK (flat rate to Manhattan). From EWR, curbside taxis are New Jersey yellow cabs.
- Ride-Share: Call a ride-share service such as Uber or Lyft.
- Car Service: Prearrange a black-car service (list of licensed black-car services).

BY TRAIN
- Long Distance: Amtrak provides long-distance train transportation to/from Moynihan Train Hall at Penn Station.
- New York Metropolitan Area: Commuter railroads include Long Island Railroad to New York Penn Station, Metro North Railroad to Grand Central Terminal, and New Jersey Transit to New York Penn Station. The PATH train is a New York to New Jersey subway serving nearby New Jersey locations.
BY CAR
Bringing a car to New York is not recommended. Street parking is not available, and garage parking is expensive. If you do plan to drive to New York, check this list of parking garages near the New York Marriott Marquis. In addition, valet parking is available at the Marriott Marquis for $95 per day.
