Submit your abstracts of original research for the opportunity to present to thousands of your colleagues in the Main Arena. Research can be in the form of clinical studies, basic science investigations, or preclinical studies and must be relevant to CTO and higher-risk PCI. Your abstracts must convey original research but can include portions of previous abstracts and/or manuscripts presented elsewhere.

If you have a single-patient case report, please submit it as a challenging case, regardless of its novelty.

Notification

Abstract submitters will be notified at the end of January.

Physicians and fellows from around the world, submit your most challenging CTO and higher-risk PCI cases for a chance to present in the Main Arena. Accepted cases will be reviewed by the editors of JACC Case Reports, and top submissions may be invited for case publication.

Guidelines

Character limit is 2,450 total for case summary, history, diagnostic tests, procedure, conclusion, comments. A PowerPoint presentation highlighting your case is required.

Challenging case submitters will be notified at the end of January.

CTO Plus 2025 is exclusively an in-person event. Virtual participation is not offered.
